All new, unused, and unopened home products can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund (no restocking fees).

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States (no minimum purchase requirement). All eligible returns are 100% free for customers – neutrastore covers all return shipping costs for domestic US returns.

How to Initiate a Return

Non-Returnable Items
