neutrastore offers 100% FREE Standard Shipping on all home product orders within the United States. This policy outlines our shipping terms, timelines, and procedures for domestic US orders, in compliance with US shipping regulations.

1. Free Shipping Eligibility

Free Standard Shipping applies to all orders delivered to any address in the continental US (including Alaska/Hawaii with extended delivery times). There is no minimum purchase requirement – every order qualifies for free shipping, with no hidden fees or surcharges.

The price shown at checkout (plus applicable tax) is the final amount you pay – we do not charge shipping, handling, or delivery fees for domestic US orders.

2. Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding US federal holidays) – orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) ship the same business day; orders placed after 12:00 PM ET ship the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships (typically 1-2 business days after order placement).

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Midwest US (Michigan, Ohio, Illinois): 2-4 business days
Northeast US: 3-5 business days
South US: 4-6 business days
West Coast US: 5-7 business days
Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico: 7-10 business days

4. Damaged/Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date: info@tmr2fn-iu.myshopify.com. We will assist with filing a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you (requires photographic proof of damage, if applicable).

5. International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) – no international shipping is available at this time.
